Is there a deposit due at the time of booking?

Yes. A Deposit is due within 72 hours of booking. Final payment will be due 5 days from the event date. If the event is booked within 5 days of the event date, the balance will be due in full at the time of booking.

What happens in incliment weather?

You may change the event day 48 hrs prior to the event for inclement weather. Once within the 48 hours the date can not be changed.

Is the equipment cleaned after each use?

Yes, all soft play equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use. The health and saftey of our clients is our top priority.
